The Healing Shower

The Healing Shower

By David Allen, author of Life According to the Soul

We pick up the story on the point of a traumatic death in a past life and his journey to the spiritual realm.

Continuing from his abrupt end, the client undergoes a cleansing ‘healing shower,’ a process some souls experience to repair energy damaged during incarnation, we leave it when the Healing Shower has done its work

This excerpt explores the movement away from earthly ties and the restorative power of the healing shower.

DA: Is it hot or cold?
DH: Hot.

DA: Are you inside or outside?
DH: Inside.

DA: Are you alone?
DH: I’m dead. A bomb just went off—possibly Second World War. I’m not feeling the pain in my head. The top right side feels missing.

DA: That’s fine. Hold time still for a moment—nothing moves, no pain, just memories. Where were you during this event?
DH: I think it’s London.

DA: What were you doing?
DH: I was just a normal man.

DA: Civilian?
DH: Yes.

DA: What’s your name?
DH: I don’t know.

DA: With time on hold, there’s no pain. It’s just memory. How old are you?
DH: About 40.

DA: What were you doing before the explosion?
DH: I was in my house, I think. I don’t recall.

DA: If any information, like your name, comes to you, tell me. Your name is especially important.
DH: My surname is John.

DA: John. And what year is it?
DH: 1943 or 1944.

DA: Be more specific when you can.
DH: I’m thinking 1944, but the war ended in ’45.

DA: Resume time now. Return to the situation. If there’s pain, we’ll move beyond the point of death quickly.
DH: I’m already there.

DA: Where are you in relation to your body?
DH: Above.

DA: What can you see?
DH: Rubble.

DA: Can you see your body?
DH: Yes.

DA: Is the injury as you described—a head injury?
DH: Yes, but it’s on my left side.

DA: Was anyone else in the house?
DH: No.

DA: How do you feel about having just died?
DH: Nothing really. Not sad or happy, just observing.

DA: Some feel brief sadness, but your soul has done this many times, and you’ll soon return home. Anything else about your death or feelings?
DH: Maybe I didn’t fulfil my life, possibly because I died young.

DA: Are you moving, Douglas?
DH: I think so.

Narration
Sometimes, the past life’s name remains unknown, so I use the client’s given name (changed for anonymity). The current conscious mind enables seeing through both memory and current identity, with no cognitive dissonance regarding names.
End of Narration

DA: Can you still see the destruction?
DH: No, it’s gone.

DA: Are you moving in the direction you’re facing or backwards?
DH: In the direction I’m facing.

DA: Does it feel like floating or a pulling sensation?
DH: Both.

DA: What can you see when you look back?
DH: The distant scene. I’m not bothered about it.

DA: How far from the scene are you?
DH: Thirty feet, maybe more.

DA: Is your movement steady or accelerating?
DH: It’s gentle.

DA: Have you moved further?
DH: No, I’ve left.

DA: What’s happening?
DH: It’s like a shower, but not water—golden light.

DA: Where’s it coming from—above, beside you or behind?
DH: It’s like a wall I’m passing through.

DA: What do you feel?
DH: Warmth. It’s cleansing, making me lighter.

DA: Are you alone? Do you sense anyone else?
DH: No.

DA: Describe the feeling of this shower. What’s changing?
DH: It’s warm, tingly, energising.

DA: Does it start at your head or feet?
DH: It’s all over.

DA: Coming from the outside in?
DH: Like I’m passing through a wall of it, everywhere.

DA: How strong and energetic do you feel, percentagewise?
DH: Very strong.

DA: What do you think of the life you’ve left?
DH: A bit of a waste of time.

DA: Allow this process to complete.
DH: Okay.

DA: What’s happening now? What’s ahead?
DH: Blackness, intermingled with golden hues.

Narration
Souls use part of their energy in incarnations—less for advanced souls, more for newer ones. Younger souls’ energy may be damaged, requiring a ‘Healing Shower’ to repair it. As we’re exploring memories, I often suggest moving through this quickly, though some, like Douglas, progress rapidly on their own.
End of Narration

DA: Are you moving?
DH: Maybe.

DA: Do you feel you’ve been here before?
DH: It doesn’t feel like home. I’m not aware of familiarity.

DA: Scan ahead for anything beyond blackness. Can you see beyond your surroundings?
DH: I think I can see into the distance.

DA: What’s behind you?
DH: The barrier wall.

DA: To your left?
DH: The wall’s length.

DA: To your right?
DH: The same.

DA: Any point of light in the distance?
DH: Not yet, but my hands feel very energised.

DA: One hand or both?
DH: Both.

DA: Are you moving or stationary?
DH: My hands are very hot, almost lifting themselves, full of energy.

DA: Let that energy spread through your aura, so it’s not uncomfortable. Do you sense another spirit?
DH: Not yet.

DA: How do your hands feel now?
DH: Same but not aching.

DA: Are they radiating a colour?
DH: Gold.

DA: Golden light?
DH: Yes. I’m not sure I’ve got fingers anymore.

DA: We’re continuing the re-energising process. Let it complete. What’s happening?
DH: It’s like shedding a skin, leaving the 3D behind.

DA: Is your light still golden?
DH: Yes, entirely.

Summary.

This extract highlights the Healing Shower, or Healing Light that many people describe on their journey from death to their spiritual home. Soul energy is often damaged through a life, more so if it was a difficult one. Before returning home the soul energy must be repaired and this is how people describe that process. Because we are in a timeless zone once I’m sure of where we are and the process is in play we move directly to the end of it to get to where we need to be.
