You Are The Creator Of Your Reality
Have you ever felt like life is happening to you, instead of feeling like you are in control? Like you’re just a passenger on this wild and unpredictable ride, with no way to steer or change course? At times it feels like you are trapped in the backseat of a vehicle without anyone listening to your needs, where you would like to go or when you want to stop and rest. You probably heard it before: “You are the creator of your life”. As powerful as this sounds, how do you actually shift positions from a passenger to the driver in your life?
I am here to offer you practical steps that you can take, starting right now. The truth is, you ARE the creator of your own reality. If you’re not happy with what you’re experiencing every day, change is not only possible, but it’s within your reach. You see, you are manifesting every moment in your life whether you are aware of it and believe it or not. You are manifesting at all times. It is therefore essential that you understand how to manifest outcomes you desire. In this article, we’ll explore how you can take control of your reality and transform it into a fulfilling, joyful, and purposeful one. Let’s begin by understanding a few key elements of how life manifests for each of us.
The Four Realms Are Key To Create Change In Your Life
When you look at your outer world, you are looking at your physical reality. The physical world is nothing more than condensed energy that we experience through our five senses. It is in this physical world that people most often are looking for a change. Perhaps this is where you would like to see a change as well. Are you looking for a more fulfilling career, more money for your family, a safer home or perhaps a cleaner environment? When you only think of your physical world, you are neglecting the other three realms that are part of your life. There are four realms in life and they are all connected, affecting each other. There is the physical realm which we have just mentioned, but there are also mental, emotional and spiritual realms. When we look at the core of everything, be it physical or not, there is only space or energy vibrating at different frequencies. I will not go into this deeper in this article because it could lead into a whole new topic in itself. Let us just remember that the physical realm is what we experience through our five senses, the mental realm are our thoughts and ideas, the emotional realm are our feelings that are linked directly to our memories to our past, and the spiritual realm is pure energy, vibration and frequency.
How Your Inner World Manifests Your Outer World
If you want to see a change in your life, you need to start with your inner world first. Your outer world is what you experience with your five senses and your inner world is your mental and spiritual world. Your outer world is nothing but a reflection of your inner world. This is based on the mirror principle and the law of balance. The physical world always follows the inner world. It is energy that is condensed until it is materialized in the outer world. It takes time to transform inner energy into outer energy that you can sense on a more dense level but it always manifests. Whatever energy, thought patterns and emotions you pay attention to for the majority of your time is reflected in your outer world. Most of these thoughts and emotions that you have are probably old programs you have picked up in your early childhood and they are mostly in your subconscious mind.
Awareness To Your Inner World: The Window To Your Subconscious Mind
Your subconscious mind is like a gigantic computer analyzing every bit of data it receives. If we are unaware of what our programs are in our subconscious mind we act, react, and walk around life repeating our past experiences over and over. If the subconscious mind is in the driver seat and you have little to nothing to say in the backseat, life can feel like you are driven without having control. It can create stress, anxiety and unease.
Awareness of your inner world, observing your thoughts and feelings regularly is the first step to change your life. You will recognize that instead of sitting in the backseat watching your past experiences taking over, you can switch positions and sit in the front seat. By actively doing your inner work you can be the driver on your journey and the destination is your call.
It All Begins With You
Every change begins with the decision to create a change. You need to decide that you are going to create a change. If you keep resisting your outer world and you repeat the same inner world patterns, everything in the outer world will remain the same. If you keep thinking and doing things you do not enjoy, if you repeat negative thought patterns within you, it must manifest in the outer world, according to the law of balance. You cannot force it away without changing your inner world. As an example, think of a house and you are sitting in your living room feeling very hungry. It has been hours and your hunger is getting more intense now. You are sitting on your couch, watching tv, but all you can think about is food. You can complain all you want, you can visualize food all you want, but unless you get up, walk to the kitchen and make yourself something to eat, you do not have the food. The food is within your own house. You just need to change the room. Another example is when you are listening to music on the radio. Let’s say you are listening to the 90s station but you would like to listen to classical music. You have the power to do so but only by tuning to the station of a different frequency. You need to make a change in order to receive what you want.
How To Change Your Inner World
Now that we understand that we need a change and that this change needs to come from within, let us find some way how to do this. The key is to remember that the change comes from your inner world, your thoughts, feelings and your energy in general. Personally, I do my best to keep my inner energy to the highest frequency most of the time. This is not to ignore anything that is upsetting in my life, in fact, it is to shed light on how I can transition difficult situations into opportunities to learn from and grow. If you can practice mindfulness throughout your day, you will see a shift in your inner world very soon. Examples of things that can support you from shifting to higher frequencies are listening to inspirational music or talks, reading your favorite book, walking in nature, meditating, playing with your pet, or making time for yourself. It can be as simple as wearing your most comfortable sweater or socks. You can start with anything that brings you joy and peace. How Long Does It Take To Manifest?
So how long does it take to see a change in the outer world? This really depends on many things such as how often you keep up with your inner world practices and of course, divine timing that is beyond your control but is always to the highest good of all. Keep in mind that your current outer world is the result of what your inner world was like many months ago. What you are experiencing right now is what you have created in your inner world in your past. If you keep repeating old patterns, life remains the same. Once you create a change within you, it will feel a bit uncomfortable and at times even doubtful because your inner world does not reflect your outer world. This is because the outer world is still a reflection of your past and it takes time for the high frequency energy in your inner world to manifest into more dense energy in your outer world. However, if you keep going anyways, the outer world WILL manifest itself. Many people just give up too soon when they do not see an immediate change in their outer world. Keep up with your inner world and expect the change in the outer world in time. Hold yourself accountable for staying mindful of your inner world because you made this decision for change.
By breaking out of old patterns and creating a shift within yourself, you open the doors to a new life. Despite the discomfort and doubt that may arise, it is important to stay committed to your inner world and trust that the outer world will eventually catch up. Don’t give up, for every step forward in your inner world is a step closer to manifesting positive change in your outer world.
