Krishna Guruji on understanding meditation and healing

By Krishna Guruji

Meditation is an integral part of Ashtang Yoga and is a quite vast term. The word Meditation is described by every Spiritual mentor in his own way. According to me, Meditation is part of our nature. For me, it is when you concentrate fully on any 1 activity, for instance when a doctor is operating with utmost concentration, when a mother is cooking food for her kids/family, when dancing is your passion and you are dancing for your soul – all are meditative experiences in my view. I do not see meditation as a state of trance or going in another world. Rather it is full awareness, being conscious of your efforts, of what you are doing, being mindful and alert, being in the know how.

Remember the time when you were a kid and your mother would tell you to be careful which going out, playing in the park, crossing the road etc. Concentration is required when meditating for is the outside and worldly things. When we go for inner world meditation where we close our eyes & sit in meditation mode that time de-concentration is required. You got to let your self lose and look at your life as a viewer, as an outsider. Yes it is also true that you got to empty your mind, from all thoughts. But not by fighting them. Simply let them pass and bring your concentration back on that one spot you chose to give your attention to.

“When Body Leave Soul It’s Call Death. When Soul Leave Body it’s Meditation”

Meditation has very deep meanings hidden within itself and is the most beautiful way to live life and achieve it’s ultimate objective. However, in simple words, it is focusing on a particular thought or activity to achieve calm, happiness and freedom from any type of stress. While there are so many ways and techniques available for meditation across the global there is another growing aspect of astrology and vaastu which more and more number of people are getting attracted to. To keep up the speed with this growing knowledge, it called for a meditation technique which not only helps achieve prime objective of it but also to overcome and heal astrological and vaastu aspects of an individual. Considering this wider need, i devised a technique called Divine Astro / Vaastu Healing.

I believe that everyone has the power to heal themselves. He says we all have the infinite power and potential that lies untapped in all of us. We, as human beings, have the ability to heal not only ourselves but also others. This drove my motive of creating awareness of this vast reservoir by teaching this meditation technique of Divine Healing which has created many such healers and practitioners.

The word ‘Healing’ comes from health. Both physical and mental health may be impacted by past impressions/ karmas and surroundings. ‘Astro’ is derived from Astrology which is a divine science to study the movements and relative positions of celestial objects (planets, zodiacs, nakshtras) as a means for deriving information about human affairs and terrestrial events.

As per Astrology, there are 9 planets, 12 zodiacs and 27 nakshatras which play a vital role in human affairs, starting from birth till death. One can derive various astrological impacts in respect of health, money, family, fame and overall quality of life etc. at various spans of life, by reading and analysing his/her astrological charts based on planetary positions.

An astrological chart has 12 houses and every house represents one part of the body, a relationship and aspects of life as well, and each house has one Zodiac placed in it. Similarly, every zodiac represents one part of our body from head to feet. Every Zodiac is ruled by one of the 9 planets, and signifies one of the five elements of nature i.e. Air, Water, Fire, Earth and Sky. Based on the placement of all planets and zodiacs at the time of birth of a human, and the time to time movement of planets across zodiacs and nakshatras, these celestial objects influence humans in negative and positive manner.

Subconscious mind is nothing but your soul which is the builder of your body and can heal you. It has infinite intelligence within, which can guide you in all your ways in a miraculous way, answering all your questions and fulfilling all your expectations. It operates through one universal mind i.e. the Supreme Soul.

You are the captain of your soul (the subconscious mind) and the master of your fate. There are many techniques, approaches and methods to connect and use that supreme universal power but there is only one process of healing, and, that is faith. There is only one healing power, namely, your soul.

With this power present within you, once unleashed, you enlighten your capacity to choose. You can choose good health, happiness and quality life over illness, sorrow and chaos. ‘Bhasma Yoga’ is the healing process that helps you harness the super powers of your soul to heal yourself and others. It takes you into the silence of your soul, where you communicate with the divine presence within you, and find peace, as if connected with a higher realm of spirituality.

‘Bhasma Yoga’ makes you pray for others, as a result of which, your silent inner knowing of wholeness, beauty and perfection can change the negative patterns of others’ subconscious mind and bring about wonderful results.
