The video below shows vivid scenes of nature during Autumn.  This reflective clip shows colorful leaves falling to the ground and drifting streams catching and carrying them through a forest.  The music is subtle, contemplative and has a quieting effect.  The images and sounds remind us to pay attention to and appreciate the beauty of nature that is present during the months of Fall.
